Some Arsenal fans have been lambasting Roy Keane after the former Manchester United star was involved in a heated debate with fellow Sky Sports pundit Tim Cahill.
During Sky Sports’ post-match analysis of the Gunners’ 1-0 victory against United, the two clashed over Mikel Arteta’s side’s form & player motivation.
One fan labelled him a ‘dinosaur’.
This just reminded me of the US ‘debates’ with Trump…
Interrupting constantly with snarky remarks trying to undermine the point being made…
Tim is right, Mikel knows why he lost those games which means those mistakes can be worked on and reduced.
Keane is a dinosaur

The former Evertonian was full of praise for the north London outfit for their performance. However, the Irishman wasn’t exactly supportive of the Australian’s comments and questioned his remarks.
Keane alluded to the number of games the Emirates Stadium giants have lost and voiced his reservations as he sarcastically compared them to Bayern Munich (via Sky Sports).
Arteta’s men were in sublime form yesterday as they dominated for large parts of their encounter against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, running out 1-0 winners.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made the difference as he slotted home a penalty following a foul by Paul Pogba on Hector Bellerin.
Supporters of the club weren’t pleased with the Premier League legend as they took to Twitter to react:
That is embarrassing from Keane

Cahill is spot on. We know why we lost those games and this team is still learning but the players are trying to execute his gameplan. Leicester and City could’ve gone either way.
Keane let’s his emotions get in the way of actual analysis
