Arsenal can sign Franck Kessie from AC this summer, but they will have to swap him for Lucas Torreira, according to reports in Italy.
The Gunners have once again been linked with the 23-year-old as Mikel Arteta looks to add a defensive midfielder to his side this summer.
Its thought that Arsenal have contacted AC Milan over a possible deal this summer and although the Rosseneri are open to the idea offloading Kessie, its understood that they will want Torreira in exchange, according to Milan News 24.
Torreira has played a bit-part role this season under Arteta and has recently been linked with a move to the San Siro club this summer.
It remains to be seen whether the Gunners would entertain the proposal of a swap deal to land Kessie, but it does remain a possibility for them to consider.
The potential deal could suit both Arsenal and AC Milan as both would not spend any transfer funds and sign their respective targets.
