Arsenal are preparing to turn ’s move from Flamengo into a £10million permanent deal this summer, despite making just two appearances since his arrival in January.

Ornstein recently revealed that Arsenal are keen on making a move and said on the Ornstein & Chapman podcast:

“I understand it’s very likely they’ll make the loan deal for Pablo Mari into a permanent deal for around £10m.”

Arsenal will be hopefully of landing Mari on a permanent deal after the Spaniard recently admitted that he wants to remain at the Emirates for many years to come.

With several likely to leave this summer, Arteta would see Mari as an ideal to go ahead with.
