Arsenal are confident about signing Ryan Fraser when his contract with Bournemouth expires this summer.
The 26-year-old first attracted the attentions of the top six during the 2018/19 season after providing 14 assists and seven goals for Eddie Howe’s side.
However, this season has been a different story for the Scot, with the winger providing just three assists and one goal for the Cherries.
Fraser has yet to sign a new deal at the Vitality Stadium and is now being linked with a summer exit and the Gunners are ready to pounce and secure his signature, according to Teamtalk.
Fraser joined Bournemouth from Aberdeen for less than £500k in January 2013 when they were a League One outfit. Since then, the Scotland international has established himself as a valuable member of Howe’s side, making 208 appearances.
Arsenal have been long-term admirers of Fraser and with Mikel Arteta looking to strengthen and add depth to his squad, Fraser would represent a realistic and ideal signing for the Gunners this summer.
