They might have not yet started a game this season but many Arsenal fans are raving about Hector Bellerin and Kieran Tierney after a picture of them training was posted on the club’s official Twitter account.
Bellerin has been out of action since January with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament after being stretchered off against Chelsea.
Currently manager Unai Emery has had to play Ainsley Maitland-Niles out of position in order to cover for the Spaniard and the youngster laid on an assist in their Premier League opener against Newcastle last weekend.
Tierney only joined the Gunners on deadline day in a £25m move from Celtic but has been recovering from a groin injury for most of the summer.
The pair are yet to feature for the North London side but fans are already making their opinions heard.
One supporter believes they are the ‘best pairing in the league’ which was echoed by another who said that the Premier League weren’t ready for their return to action.
Others added that the duo were ‘the future’ with one Gooner wishing they could play before their scheduled October return.
