Arsenal fans have handed out surprise praise to one man that might have not received it a few months ago.
Board director Josh Kroenke gave an in-depth interview to the club’s official website this week where he outlined the Gunners’ hopes for this coming season, reflected on their recent summer transfer activity and took a look into their future plans with the January window on the horizon.
It has resulted in a number of the Arsenal fanbase praising Kroenke just a couple of months after launching a ‘Kronke Out’ campaign.
Arsenal made six signings including the £72m arrival of Nicolas Pepe which smashed their club transfer record to pieces as well as adding defensive improvements by signing Kieran Tierney and David Luiz on deadline day.
On social media, one fan asked the club to erect a statue of Josh Kroenke whilst another used the prefix ‘Sir’ to describe him.
Others said they still hated his father Stan Kroenke but Josh was a ‘messiah’ and a further Gooner claimed that their board director started to sound like a proper owner, unlike his dad.
Here’s the best of the reaction:

This guy is starting to sound like a proper owner. Unlike his dad he is actually getting involved. I prefer it this way.
