Reports in France suggest that Alexandre Lacazette has had interest shown in him by an unnamed Spanish club – with his agent set to open talks with Arsenal over the striker’s future.

French journalist Manu Lonjon has claimed that the involved parties are in talks, while fans have let their own opinions be known on the subject – with supporters backing the club to sell their 19-goal hitman from the previous campaign.

Thought to be contracted until 2022, the £63m-rated striker will unlikely be available on the cheap, but selling around that figure would take Arsenal’s reported budget into nine figures – and it seems some fans like the sound of that.

Despite being named as Arsenal fans’ Player of the Season, it looks as if supporters with the club’s best interests at heart would be willing to part ways with the Frenchman should an acceptable offer come in from Spain – with the relatively cash-strapped Gunners having the likes of Wilfried Zaha on their transfer wish list.

And it seems that these fans are so keen for Zaha’s arrival at The Emirates, that even funding it through a Lacazette sale has the blessing of this particular contingent of Arsenal supporters:
