It may not be the kind of arrival Arsenal fans will be dying to see at The Emirates this summer, but the release of next season’s kit is certainly whetting the appetite of some supporters ahead of the new campaign.
Following Arsenal’s new partnership with Adidas, the season’s new threads are set to be unveiled in the coming weeks, and fans are already getting a glimpse of their new-look strip.
Pictures emerged online of the new kit in stock in the United States – well in advance of the initial release date of 1st July – marking the end of Arsenal’s association with Puma, which has stood since 2014.
Supporters have led the positive reviews for the new home shirt, which was previously modelled a few weeks ago by Alexandre Lacazette alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in what is thought to be the side’s accompanying yellow away strip.
A third navy shirt is set to complete Adidas’ return to manufacturing matchday wear for The Gunners, with the German apparel company last providing kit for the club in 1994.
But fans are making the most of the shirt’s release, with the only question remaining who will be the new players sporting the jersey come August:
