With the season’s kick-off fast approaching and no new arrivals in at The Emirates so far this summer, fans are growing more and more agitated as the deadline creeps nearer.
Arsenal’s chase of Kieran Tierney is bringing out mass impatience among the Gunners faithful and after reportedly seeing two bids rejected, their apparent reluctance to meet Celtic’s asking price of £25m is growing the fear among the supporters that the club may miss out on the defender altogether.
As a fresh bid of £19m (according to the Daily Mail) is said to be in the works, the lack of progress and resistance to stretch the side’s restricted funds just a little further to capture the 22-year-old’s signature is clearly getting to the supporters, who seem to have one demand on their minds.
Worried the negotiations may drag well into the transfer window, fans are pleading with the club to pay up with the demands of Celtic seemingly on the table in negotiations.
The latest bid is thought to be just £1m more than the previous one, and with Arsenal not the only Premier League club said to be chasing the Scotsman, these fans are desperate to see the deal wrapped up before it’s too late:
