Carl Jenkinson may not have set the football world alight during his time as an Arsenal player, but his love for the club is respected amongst the fans.

Whether it’s his Gunners bedroom or that goal against Norwich City (or that debut own-goal), Jenkinson has given the supporters plenty to smile about since joining the club.

But with Celtic reportedly sniffing around for the full-back, many Arsenal fans could see a deal happening – by taking one of the Scottish champions’ own in an audacious swap.

Kieran Tierney has been linked with a move to the Premier League, and with Arsenal reportedly prepared to sell the likes of Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac this summer, they could well be in the market for a left-back – with rumours suggesting Arsenal are keeping tabs on the 22-year-old.

It would certainly be a popular choice in light of the comments below from Arsenal fans – who’d seemingly let cult hero Jenkinson go should he act as makeweight for such a deal.
