Keylor Navas has hinted that he could be on his way out of Real Madrid this month.
The 32-year-old has fallen behind Thibaut Courtois in the goalkeeping pecking order since the Belgian’s arrival from Chelsea last summer.
The Costa Rican international played a part in helping the La Liga club win three consecutive Champions League titles under former boss Zinedine Zidane but has only featured five times this season.
Navas has since dropped a major hint that his future could lie away from the Bernabeu in January.
Navas posted a picture of himself with Real Madrid fans on Instagram yesterday with the caption ‘Thanks for everything!’.
Arsenal and Roma have both been in contact with Real Madrid over the availability of Navas, according to Spanish newspaper Sport, with the Gunners believed to have tabled an offer of £14million.
Despite signing Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen last summer, Unai Emery is thought to want to strengthen this area of his squad with Petr Cech and David Ospina both likely to leave the club at the end of the season.
