Denis Suarez wants a move to the Premier League if he is to leave Barcelona in January.
The 24-year-old midfielder has fallen out-of-favour under Ernesto Valverde and has played just eight minutes of La Liga football this season for the Catalan club.
Spanish publication Marca, as reported by TribalFootball.com, say Suarez now wants to leave Barcelona during the January transfer window after growing frustrated at the lack of playing opportunities and time he has received so far.
It’s believed Valverde and the Barcelona board are willing to let the midfielder leave next month, but only if the right offer is tabled – believed to be around just under £15million.
Arsenal have previously been linked with Suarez in recent weeks, with reports suggesting talks have been held between all parties in recent days.
Chelsea have also been credited with interest as have other side, but it’s thought the midfielder favours the two London club over others.
Suarez has been at Barcelona since summer 2016 and has made a total of 68 appearances and scored eight goals.
