Inter Milan are keen on making a move for Arsenal target Steven Bergwijn, according to the Gazzetta Dello Sport (via Voetbalnieuws).
Last month, Italian website Calciomercato.com reported that the Gunners had been tracking the 20-year-old after his excellent start to the season.
However, La Gazzetta are reporting that the Nerazzurri are also looking to make a move for the pacey winger, who faced Inter yesterday evening in the Champions League.
Arsenal have been linked with a number of wingers over the past few months with Boca Juniors’ Cristian Pavon, Rennes’ Ismaila Sarr and Lille’s Nicolas Pepe all said to be of interest.
Bergwijn has certainly shown a great deal of promise at the start of the campaign, having scored five goals and provided two assists in 12 games.
The Dutchman has a great deal of pace, and is a good dribbler of the ball, while he is also beginning to add an end product.
