Arsenal may not be playing Champions League football this season but outcast David Ospina will, after sealing a move to the continent.
The Guardian reports that the Colombia international has completed a loan move to join Serie A runners-up Napoli after tumbling down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium following the signing of Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen.
That left Arsenal with four senior goalkeepers on their books, along with Petr Cech and Emiliano Martinez, leaving Ospina an outcast in the eyes of new manager Unai Emery.
29-year-old Ospina never managed to show his best form during his spell in north London and a move to Napoli will bring the end of his tenure with the Gunners, as the contract he signed upon his arrival in north London in 2014 expires at the end of the season.
He made a total of 29 Premier League appearances during his time at the club.
