The Italian website reports that the Bianconeri are looking at the Welsh international as a potential alternative for Liverpool’s Emre Can.
The Reds’ holding midfield player is available on a free transfer, but he is stalling on a move to Turin, leaving the Serie A champions looking around for other options.
Ramsey has one year left on his current deal at the Emirates, but manager Arsene Wenger has stated he is “confident” that a contract extension can be agreed.
However, Juve have reportedly been using intermediaries to ascertain whether the 27 year old would be interested in a switch to Italy.
The Italian side are aware of the interest from Chelsea and Manchester United, and they believe the Welshman could cost €40m (£35m).
