Arsenal face some massive decisions in this summer as they rejuvenate their squad after another disappointing Premier League campaign.

Changes are expected in midfield, where Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla are rapidly approaching the end of their contracts and are poised for an exit from the Emirates Stadium- although the latter is keen to stay.

Spanish outlet El Confidencial claim that experienced midfielder Cazorla wants to continue his career in north London but Arsenal are sceptical about offering a new deal due to the wealth of injury issues sustained in recent years.

The 33-year-old has undergone ten operations on an achilles injury and revealed last year that doctors considered amputation, before taking skin from his tattooed arm to cover the infected area.

Cazorla is yet to feature this season and will not make his return before the end of the campaign, with it looking increasingly likely that he may have already played his last game for the Gunners.
