Arsenal have plenty of work to do in the summer transfer market, particularly around their midfield ranks as significant additions need to be made in the middle of the field.

The Gunners are poised to lose the services of Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla at the end of their contracts in just a few months time, whilst there’s also concern hovering over the head of Aaron Ramsey as he edges towards the final year of his deal.

One player linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium is Inter Milan ace Rafinha, who has caught the eye during his campaign at the San Siro on-loan from La Liga leaders Barcelona- but he’s suggested he wants to move to the Italian side permanently.

Speaking to Premium Sport, the Brazil international said:

“I’m very happy to be here, everything is going well. I’m playing, and that’s important because it allows me to grow and find the right rhythm to reach top condition.”

“I’ve been confident from the first day, Inter is a great team and we have the chance to reach our objective. I’m learning Italian, I want to stay here. I wanted Inter right away, I feel at home here and I’m happy.”

The 25-year-old signed for Inter in January, with his deal reportedly presenting the Serie A side with the option of a permanent purchase of €35m.
