are keen to increase goalkeeper Alisson’s release clause to €90m (£80m), according to Calciomercato.com.

have been one of the club’s that have been linked with a move for the Brazilian international in recent weeks, but it seems he could be considering a new deal to remain in Italy.

Alisson is reportedly happy to stay in Rome, but Calciomercato say he is demanding a sizeable wage rise in his new contract from €1.5m a season to €5m; a fourfold increase.

Roma are believed to be willing to go along with the the keeper’s demands, but only if the £80m buyout fee is also included.

The side are struggling to keep within ’s Financial Fair Play regulations and although they want the Brazilian to stay, the release clause would mean the club would get a hefty payoff if the stopper does leave the in the summer.
