Arsenal will be challenged by both Napoli and Malaga for Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura, according to Marca.

The interest of the Serie A champions has been known for a while, but the participation of Malaga in the race is a lot more surprising.

The Spanish club are currently rooted to the bottom of La Liga, and find themselves six points off safety. Still, it seems the team’s good relationship with PSG could help their cause.

El Gol Digital report that they could offer first refusal to the French club for some of their youth players in exchange for Lucas’s services.

Whether the Brazilian would be interested in such a move, it is debatable. Yesterday, the 25 year old spoke out to L’Equipe about his future:

“I’m gutted that I’m no longer playing, to no longer be able to express myself as I was doing before. I’m not happy. I thought I’d built something solid with this club, but that’s clearly not the case.”

In addition to the Gunners, Napoli and Malaga, Tottenham have also been credited with an interest in Lucas. L’Equipe reported last week that Spurs were looking to sign the player on loan, although PSG would prefer to sell him instead.
