Paris Saint-Germain are willing to sell pacey winger Lucas Moura if a club offers €30m (£26.4m), according to Telefoot.
The French TV station say PSG have received loan offers for the 25 year old but they are looking for a permanent transfer. L’Equipe have reported that Tottenham have enquired about a loan deal for the Brazilian, but it seems the Ligue One side did not accept their proposal.
Telefoot claim that the Gunners may make an offer to buy Lucas “soon,” although they also believe a move to China is still a possibility.
Two Chinese Super League clubs are said to be interested in the winger, but the player seems to be intent on staying in Europe to continue his career at the highest level.
Lucas scored 19 goals in 53 appearances for PSG last season, but the arrivals of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar in the summer have meant he has been restricted to just six appearances in all competitions this campaign.
