Arsenal could reignite their interest in Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura, according to the Daily Star.
Tottenham are reportedly leading the race for the Brazilian with the Telegraph revealing that the 25 year old was shown the club’s training ground this week.
PSG are believed to be prepared to sell Lucas for just £22m, and the Gunners are said to be considering him as a cheaper alternative to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Borussia Dortmund are sticking to their guns on their €70m (£62m) valuation of the Gabonese international, and Arsenal may consider dropping their bid in order to pursue the PSG winger instead.
Although Lucas plays in a different position to Aubameyang, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is said to be interested in replacing Alexis Sanchez with a like for like replacement. This means someone with pace and who can score goals.
Lucas would no doubt fit the bill in this regard; he scored 19 goals in all competitions for PSG last season.
