Inter Milan have joined Arsenal in pursuing Novara striker Alessio Da Cruz, according to TMW.
The Mirror reported yesterday that the Gunners, along with Brighton, Southampton and Swansea City were tracking the Dutchman, but it seems that Serie A side Inter are now also in the running.
TMW believe that the Italian club had representatives in attendance to watch Da Cruz when Novara faced Venezia on Saturday. The 20 year old would have impressed the scouts at the match as he scored in a 3-1 win.
The former Dutch under 18 international has only been playing in Serie B for the last six months, after moving on a free transfer from FC Twente. He has generally played as an out and out winger in the past, but for Novara he has played as a central striker, and the switch in position has paid off with five goals coming in his first 14 league games this campaign.
