AC Milan are the latest club to take a keen interest in Celtic striker Moussa Dembele after sending a scout to see the Frenchman play.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and a number of other clubs are reportedly monitoring the 21 year old but the Scottish Sun report a representative from the Rossoneri was seen in the stands watching Dembele in Celtic’s 7-1 defeat to PSG last week.

The French under 21 international made an instant impact on the game after scoring within the first minute of the match before the Scottish champions capitulated at the Parc des Princes.

The race for Dembele seems to be hotting up after Le Parisien (via Leo10 Sport) reported last week that PSG sporting director Antero Henrique had met with the player’s entourage to discuss the possibility of a future transfer back to Paris.

The striker left PSG’s youth setup in 2012 for Fulham, and has spent the last five years playing in the UK. A friend of Dembele was quoted by Le Parisien as saying:

“He will leave only for a project that will mark a real progression.”

The Scottish Sun report that Celtic value the player above £20million, and are unlikely to consider bids below that amount.
