Six Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, were in attendance to see MK Dons under 18 striker Dylan Asonganyi in action in the FA Youth Cup during the week, reports the Mirror.

The 16 year old scored twice in the victory over Barnet with scouts from the Gunners, Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham, Chelsea and Leicester City all witnessing the display.

It means Asonganyi has already scored 20 goals for both the MK Dons’ under 18 and under 23 teams this season; a fantastic total considering he has only played 17 games.

The Dons seem to be keeping the forward’s feet firmly on the ground as they have yet to call upon him for first team duties despite his excellent record at youth level.

The club are known for giving opportunities to young players in recent seasons, most notably Dele Alli, but Asonganyi has only managed to make it on to the bench once for the senior side so far, coming in the EFL Trophy match against Stevenage at the start of last month.
