Turkish media reported on Friday that the Turkish club had received a €15million offer from the Gunners for the 20 year old, but Haberturk have revealed that Wilshere may have been included as part of the deal, which they say was worth €16m.
€10m was reportedly offered up front for Yazici with Wilshere (with his contract set to expire in June) valued at €6m. It is not known when this bid was made but it was reported back in August that the England international had turned down a loan switch to the Turkish side.
Trabzonspor are said to have turned down the €16m bid regardless as they are seeking €20m for the player. The club’s president recently confirmed that he had received three serious proposals from European clubs for Yazici.
The 20 year old has played 38 games at senior level, scoring eight goals and contributing 15 assists.
