The 19 year old is being lined up as a January target by manager Arsene Wenger, the newspaper reports, with the player being sent back on loan to the French Ligue Two side for the second half of the season.
Moukoudi is believed to be keen on leaving Le Harve and it seems that the French club are not putting up a fight to keep the centre back. The France Under 18 international does however have other potential suitors.
In addition to the Gunners, Bundesliga club RB Leipzig, and French Ligue One side’s Nice and Bordeaux, have also reportedly shown their interest in the player.
The centre half made his debut as s substitute against Clermont last October, but he had to wait until late April to make his full debut against Lens. Since then he has been ever-present at the back for Le Harve, having started every game in the league so far this season.
