Arsenal are lining up possible options if they lose Alexis Sanchez or Mesut Ozil in the January transfer window. Transfermarketweb.com say that the Gunners are looking to revive their bid for Juventus’s Juan Cuadrado.

The former Chelsea winger was linked heavily with a move back to London in the Italian media over the summer, but Arsenal did not secure a deal for the 29 year old as they sought to use all their resources to land Monaco’s Thomas Lemar instead.

Cuadrado would likely be a short term fix for the remainder of the season, if Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger does decide to sell either Sanchez or Ozil in January, to prevent both players leaving for nothing next year.

The Colombian international did start the season in Juventus’s starting eleven, playing in the club’s first two Serie A fixtures. He scored in the 4-2 victory over Genoa last month, but he was left on the bench for the club’s last outing in the league against Chievo.
