Arsenal striker Lucas Perez’s options seem to narrowing after Fenerbahce switched targets away from the Spanish forward, according to Milliyet.

The Turkish club were reportedly seeking a loan deal for the 28 year old, with an option to buy, but they are now said to be focused on Napoli forward Duvan Zapata.

The Colombian international has spent the last two seasons on loan at Udinese but has returned to the Partenopei. Burnley are said to be in the running for the 26 year old as well, the Daily Mail reports.

Perez meanwhile is interesting Newcastle with Magpies boss Rafa Benitez publicly expressing his interest in the Spaniard. No bid has been made from the newly promoted Premier League side as of yet though.

The player’s agent Rodrigo Fernandez Lovelle has spoken out again about Perez’s treatment by the Gunners. He told Goal.com that the asking price has been set but currently the forward is being priced out of a move away from the Emirates:

“Lucas wants to play but it depends on Arsenal. Arsenal want more [money]. We want to leave but if there is no agreement he has a contract with Arsenal. The ideal price is about €12m (£10.8m).”
