Paris Saint-Germain are pulling out all the stops to land Monaco forward Kylian Mbappe after holding a second meeting with the player’s representatives, according to L’Equipe.
The French newspaper reports that last weekend PSG boss Unai Emery met with Mbappe’s father Wilfried in order to persuade him of the benefits of joining the Ligue One club. Previously the French side’s president Nasser al-Khelaifi and sporting director Antero Henrique met with the player’s agent on the 4th July to discuss a transfer to the French capital.
France Football (via the Metro) have reported that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger met with Mbappe personally a month ago on June 14th, a day after France’s friendly win over England in Paris.
The meeting is believed to have lasted three hours with the Gunners boss looking to persuade the striker of the benefits of moving to the Emirates instead of PSG or Real Madrid this summer.
