Arsenal, Tottenham and RB Leipzig are all keen on signing Manchester City academy star Jadon Sancho, according to the Daily Mail.
The 17 year old has spent two years at City’s academy since joining from Watford but he is reportedly stalling on signing a new three year deal at the Etihad stadium.
Sancho’s talent has been shown at youth level both for his club and country over the past couple of seasons. In 16 appearances for the England Under 17s, he has scored an impressive 13 goals. Last campaign for City, he featured in the UEFA Youth League, FA Youth Cup, Premier League 2 and the Under 18 Premier League.
A winger who generally plays from the left hand side, Sancho is also a goalscorer with the player hitting the back of the net 20 times in all competitions last season for City.
The midfielder however has concerns about his future progression. Due to City’s sizeable spending on new signings, younger players tend not to be given chances in the first team. City are reportedly fighting hard to keep Sancho but it seems the winger is keen to find a club where he will be given the opportunity to play.
