Arsenal are reportedly on the verge of making their second signing this summer, CSKA Moscow’s Aleksandr Golovin for £10million.
The 21-year-old made the breakthrough into the CSKA Moscow senior side in 2015 having come up from the youth ranks, but it was only last season that the midfielder featured regularly for the Russian club, making a total of 36 appearances and scoring three goals along way.
Golovin helped CSKA Moscow finish as runners-up in the Russian Premier League and Arsenal are thought to be interested in him.
The transfer fee is said to be around the £10million mark and Sports.ru suggests the Gunners will loan Golovin straight back to CSKA Moscow next season.
Golovin still has four years left to run on his current deal and is also believed to attracted the attention of Chelsea.
Should Arsenal land the Russia international then it will be their second signing of the summer having acquired the services of Schalke left-back Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer a few days ago.
