Arsenal and Everton have been linked with a move for Bayer Leverkusen winger Karim Bellarabi. German tabloid Bild report that both Premier League clubs are keeping an eye on the 27 year old.

The midfielder has 11 caps for the German national side; the last of which came against Finland in a friendly last August. He generally plays on the right wing, but he spent the first half of last season mostly on the treatment table due to a muscle injury he picked up in September.

Bellarabi returned to first team action in late January, going on to make 19 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring four goals and providing six assists. His overall record in the Bundesliga is quite impressive with 24 goals and 32 assists in 126 league matches.

Bild say that Leverkusen may consider letting the winger go for between €25million (£22m) and €30million (£26.5m). A bid for Bellarabi would likely only be considered by Arsenal if a move for Monaco’s Thomas Lemar isn’t successful or if Alex Oxlade-Chamberalin leaves the Emirates this summer.
