Barcelona had discussions with a representative of Arda Turan to discuss his potential exit from the club, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Spanish paper reports that super agent Jorge Mendes held talks with Barca regarding Arda and his team mate Andre Gomes. The Turkish international’s agent is Ahmet Bulut but Mendes does work alongside Bulut, which explains why the Portuguese was present at the meeting.
It is believed Barcelona would like to sell the winger this summer and Mundo Deportivo have revealed that clubs in Turkey, China, England, Italy, as well as Sporting Lisbon would all like the player.
Arda has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in his home country Turkey but so far there has been no concrete information regarding whether the Gunners will make a bid for the 30 year old.
The Sun have reported that a £30million offer could be in the pipeline but it must be said this figure has been around for a few weeks, and the Gunners were not mentioned in Mundo Deportivo‘s report.
