Arsenal are reportedly ready to reignite their interest in Lille full-back Sebastien Corchia when the summer transfer window opens.

The Gunners were previously linked with a move for the 26-year-old Frenchman in 2013 whilst he was at former club Sochaux.

And, according to Goal.com (via eyefootball.com), Corchia wants to pursue a new challenge at the end of the season with only one year left to run on his existing contract.

Having racked up well over 300 Ligue 1 appearances, it’s now thought the French right-back is ready to make a move abroad to further his progression and career.

Arsenal could now make a move for Corchia, who has made 35 Ligue 1 appearances so far this season, when the summer transfer window opens, especially with the future of Hector Bellerin looking uncertain at the Emirates, amid rumoured interest from Barcelona and Manchester City.

A rebuild at Arsenal looks a certainty this summer following their poor showing this season. Corchia may well be the first new recruit.
