Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina is reportedly a shock target for Bayern Munich.

The 28-year-old Colombian has played second fiddle to Petr Cech this season, making jus 11 starts so far all of which have come in cup competitions.

Ospina was a subject of interest for Besiktas last summer, but the goalkeeper opted to remain at Arsenal. However, he has since expressed his frustrations over the lack of opportunities he has been receiving under Arsene Wenger since the arrival of Petr Cech and will sit down with the Frenchman this summer to discuss his role at the club.

Fenerbahce, Everton and a few unnamed French clubs were reportedly keen on Ospina, but it is Bayern Munich who are looking at the Colombian this time around, this according to Transfermarketweb.com.

Ospina is likely to look elsewhere this summer if he is not assured more opportunities to shine at Arsenal, even though Wenger has labelled him, along with Emiliano Martinez and Cech, as a ‘world-class’ goalkeeper.
