Atletico Madrid are ready to battle both Arsenal and Liverpool for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette this summer, according to reports in Spain.
Lacazette, 25, has been in scintillating form for Lyon in Ligue 1 this season, netting 22 goals in 23 appearances so far, and his performances has caught the attentions of several European clubs.
With Atletico Madrid reportedly set to lose Antoine Griezmann this summer, despite the Frenchman revealing his happiness at the Vicente Calderon, the La Liga club are drawing a list of potential replacements and, according to Marca, Lacazette’s name is on it.
Both Arsenal and Liverpool are believed to be keeping an eye on Lacazette and are preparing to launch bids for the forward this summer.
It’s thought that a bid of around £30million would be enough for Lyon to part ways with the Frenchman, whose contract expires in summer 2019.
