Arsenal, Liverpool and Juventus are leading AC Milan in the race to sign Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

The German Under 21 international was heavily linked with a move to Liverpool in the summer but remained in Germany. The Liverpool Echo report that the Reds have apparently cooled their interest in the 21 year old, and it now seems that AC Milan will not be competing for the midfielder either, if Tuttomercatoweb are to be believed.

Dahoud has struggled for form this campaign with just one goal and five assists in 29 appearances this season. Compare that to his form in the previous campaign where he managed five goals, and nine assists in 41 games, it seems his development is not going that smoothly.

The Gunners are relatively light in central midfield areas but whether a move for Granit Xhaka’s team mate at Gladbach is likely, it remains to be seen.
