AC Milan are considering making a move for Arsenal striker Lucas Perez, according to Il Messaggero.
The Italian newspaper say the the Italian club have been impressed by the Spaniard’s performances, despite his lack of game time at the Emirates since his arrival from Deportivo La Coruna in the summer.
Reports in Spain suggest that Perez is keen on returning to Deportivo. Futbolistos reports that they have spoken with a source close to the player that says the 28 year old would like a return to the Spanish side.
The Gunners paid £17million for Perez back in August, and despite only starting nine matches, he has managed six goals and five assists, which has sparked the interest form AC Milan.
Il Messaggero say Milan expect that they will have to pay €20million or £17million, the same figure Arsenal paid in the summer, if they want to land the forward at the end of the season.
