Heidel says Kolasinac must decide whether to sign a new contract with or to make his mind up to leave, or risk the situation disrupting his focus and form this campaign.

He told Sport Bild:

“For Sead it is important that he has a clear head to get to his potential. Without exerting any pressure, I told him that it was important to decide [on his future] in a timely manner”

The full-back has played 19 times for this season, scoring two goals and providing six assists so far in all competitions.
