Galatasaray winger Bruma says he is happy to be linked with a move to Arsenal but wants to concentrate on playing for his current club rather than any transfer rumours.

The 22 year old has been plying his trade in Turkey with Galatasaray since he departed Sporting Lisbon in 2013, after making his way through the Portuguese club’s youth academy.

He spent a successful loan spell in Spain with Real Sociedad last season but returned to Turkey to play in the first team at the start of this campaign. Speaking in an interview with Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Bruma was asked about the Gunners:

“There are always rumors, but they do not distract me from the main thing. I never think of two clubs at the same time. It is good to see this news and the interest of other clubs because it is a way of recognizing my value. But I’m in Galatasaray and that’s what I’m focused on.”

Bruma has excelled in Galatasaray’s first team this season, and has scored scored seven goals, and provided six assists in 24 matches so far this campaign. The winger has yet to make a senior appearance for Portugal but has played regularly at youth level with 11 appearances for the Under 21 side.
