Arsenal have taken Hednesford Town winger Cohen Bramall on a two-day trial, according to Metro.

Bramall, 20, has already featured for Crystal Palace behind closed doors and is understood to have caught the eye of the Gunners scouts during a trial match for Sheffield Wednesday earlier in the week.

The promising youngster, who can also play in the left full-back position, signed for Hednesford Town last summer, where he has made 23 appearances for the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League club so far this season.

Bramall is a youth product of Crewe and Nantwich AC, and has played for lower league sides such as Kidsgrove Athletic, Alsager Town, Nantwich Town and Market Drayton. He was later taken on by Newcastle Town where he developed his reputation as a bright local footballer.

Arsene Wenger has reportedly been eyeing up potential replacements for Nacho Monreal and Bramall is the latest to be added to the list of possible candidates.
