Arsenal could attempt to buy Atalanta midfielder Franck Kessie as early as next month, according to tuttomercatoweb.com.
The Italian website report that the Gunners have been heavily scouting the Ivorian international and had a representative present once more for the match between AC Milan and Atalanta on Saturday.
The Italian newspaper Corriere Dello Sport also report however that Kessie is interesting three other Premier League clubs – Tottenham, Manchester United and Chelsea are all said to have a keen interest in the 20-year-old.
According to the paper, Kessie’s agent George Atangana flew out to London to discuss a possible move to Chelsea but there is yet to be news on how those talks progressed.
Kessie has become a highly sought after player since establishing himself in the Atalanta first team this campaign. So for this season, the defensive midfielder has made 16 appearances in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing two assists.
