Squad depth is a term that gets used a lot these days but rightly so, as it is so important to the success of a football club at the highest level.
Certainly, Arsene Wenger knows all too well what a top squad can do with achievements such as the Invincibles season based on the quality of all the players involved, not just the starting XI.
For many now, too, Wenger has one of the best squads he’s had at his disposal this season with some genuinely world class players in many areas.
One such area is at right-back with Hector Bellerin looking like he could be one of the best around for the next decade but past that in that position Arsenal don’t have a lot.
We could see, then, the Gunners go for another class right back to really up the stakes in that area and we think these five could be the perfect competition for the Spaniard…
