Arkadiusz MilikThe summer transfer window is only a few months away from opening and Arsenal are already being linked with moves for a couple of players next season.

The latest name rumoured to be on Arsene Wenger’s radar is highly-rated Ajax striker Arkadiusz Milik.

The 22-year-old Polish forward is understood to be interesting a number of top clubs around Europe after an impressive season for Ajax, netting 16 goals and creating seven in 25 Eredivisie appearances thus far, and the Gunners are particualry keen on his services, according to reports.

So impressive has Milik been that it is believed he will feature alongside Robert Lewandowski in this summer’s European Championships in France.

And should the Ajax ace impress during the Euro’s this summer for Poland, Ajax may struggle to retain his services.

Milik has still has three-years left on his current deal at Ajax, but may be tempted to leave should any top European club come knocking.

Arsenal seem eager to add to their forward line over the summer after the likes of Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott have failed to impress the majority of the Emirates faithful this season.

Could Milik be the striker Arsenal have been waiting for?
