Could Zlatan Ibrahimovic be heading to Arsenal this summer? It could be a possibility after the Swedish ace confirmed clubs are interested in his services.

The 34-year-old striker is out of contract with Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season and has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Arsenal and reportedly keen.

Ibrahimovic has since admitted that there has been contact made from some unnamed clubs, with Arsenal possibly being one of them:

‘Yes, there is interest from the Premier League, I can confirm that.

‘The is the league in the world all people and speak about.’

The Sweden also categorically insisted that he will not be staying at PSG after the season concludes and will be looking for a new club over the summer:

‘To make it very clear, there are no negotiations at all with PSG, I’m not going to represent them the coming season. I had four amazing years with them.

‘A lot of things have to feel fine when I’m going to take a decision this summer.’

The majority of the Arsenal faithful have not been impressed with the club’s forward line this season, with some even suggesting that Arsene Wenger get rid of the likes of Theo and even Giroud, despite being Arsenal’s top scorer this season.

Arsenal are linked with a top striker every summer and every summer the are left disappointed with Wenger’s lack of urgency and failure to deliver.

However, with Zlatan becoming available this summer and shockingly on a free! Have Arsenal finally got their chance to sign a top, top striker? I believe so.

Hopefully, Arsenal have made contact with Zlatan over a possible move and give the something to smile about over the summer.
