Should Arsenal attempt to sign him on loan?

|

JeseA couple of days ago it was reported that Arsenal are interested in signing Real Madrid starlet Jese Rodriguez.

It is believed the 22-year-old wants to leave the Bernabeu due to the lack of first-team opportunities and is ready to listen to offers, with the Gunners are reportedly keen on his services.

Jese broke into the Real Madrid first-team back in 2011 and has made a total of 63 appearances so far (netting 14 goals along the way) but has failed to cement a starting role which could see him depart Real as soon as January.

Arsene Wenger may delve into the market when the January transfer window opens to reinforce his attacking options, with only Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott (currently out injured) his only two centre-forward options, and sees Jese as a possible recruit this winter.

Jese would provide depth and versatility for Arsenal upfront as he can play anywhere along the front three.

Real will be reluctant to sell the young Spaniard but may sanction a loan away from the Bernabeu.

If they do decide to let Jese go out on loan, should Arsenal attempt to sign him until the end of the season?

We could do with a few more attacking options and I believe the move would be a win/win for both clubs, as Jese would get more game time and we would have another attacker to utilize should others be unavailable.
