Why has Wenger ruled out a move for him!?

KrychowiakJust when we thought Arsene Wenger had turned a corner and come to our demands of bringing in a new defensive midfielder, he disappoints us once again.

What am I on about? Well the Frenchman recently ruled out a move for Sevilla’s Grzegorz Krychowiak – the ideal man to challenge, or even take Francis Coquelin’s place in the side.

The Poland international has a £22 million buyout clause in his existing deal at Sevilla, and while reports were suggesting the Gunners were ready to activate it, Wenger, to the dismay of the Arsenal faithful, says there is no foundation to these rumours and will not be making a move for the 25-year-old:

When asked about the potential move for Krychowiak, Wenger said:

‘No. Always people think the solution is from the outside, but I say let’s look inside and produce the performances. It is more intelligent than expecting it to happen from outside.’

For me, Krychowiak would be the ideal signing to strengthen our side. He’s a dymanic, goal-scoring, tough-tackling midfielder who would give Coquelin and several other midfielders a run for their money and, for £22 million, I don’t see why Wenger hasn’t made a move for him already. So to find out the Pole is not even on his radar is beyond me!

I’ve been saying for a while now that Wenger is a stupid person. At the start of last season or in fact before the season started, Wenger was saying and I quote “we are short in defence” meaning Arsenal only had 2 senior defenders after selling Sagna and Vermaelen. What did Wenger do? He didn’t get adequate cover culminating in a very poor start due to Kocielny being injured and Monreal or Chambers, playing centre back. Who does Wenger think can cover for Coquelin if he gets injured? Arteta? One more thing, Giroud doesn’t offer enough movement in relation to running in behind defenders, for the likes of Ozil and Cazorla to play their brilliant passes to. What has Wenger done to rectify this? Nothing, even though Walcott is fit now.

Wenger always think he can do things in his own way not buying cover for our defence cause us d title last season but by january he brought in Gabriel,we av lost d midfielder dat we ought to av signed in terms of Schneiderlin and kondogbia now we av alternative of d poland man,pls dos who can get across to Wenger shud tell him dat competition wil bring d best out of Giroud, remember when Welbeck is fit Giroud is on his feet.We need to pray dat God touch Wenger and see d reason why we need to strengthen our team
