David Ospina’s future at Arsenal has been thrown into doubt after the arrival of Petr Cech.
The Colombian goalkeeper only joined the Gunners last summer from Nice for around £3 million. But he could be moved on after Arsene Wenger acquired the services of Cech from Chelsea, leaving some of the Arsenal faithful a little surprised.
Fenerbahce were keen on Ospina, with the Colombian admitting that his agent was in talks over a move to the Turkish outfit. However, the potential deal has quickly subdued, leaving us wondering does the future hold for Ospina.
But it is now believed Everton are keen on the shot-stopper’s services, and have supposedly made a £5 million to Arsenal.
Reports in Colombia suggests that if Ospina was to leave Arsenal this summer then he would like to stay in England, putting the Toffees in pole position for his signature.
Roberto Martinez apparently sees the Arsenal goalkeeper as a long-term replacement for 36-year-old Tim Howard, who is approaching the end of his career.
If these reports are too believed and Everton have launched a £5 million bid for Ospina, should Arsenal accept it?
Personally, with Cech in, there is no need for three top goalkeepers at the club, so someone has to leave. I would prefer for Ospina to stay and be back up to Cech next season and Szczesny to go out on loan, but Wenger clearly has other ideas.
If Wenger doesn’t believe Ospina has a future at Arsenal then selling him for £5 million would be a good piece of business in my book.

David ospina should stay at the club cos arsenal really him so much.. My own suggestion is that wenger should sell or loan dat idiot smoking guy away we need sum1 like david and peter..
