Will chances be hard to come by for this Gunner?

Tomas RosickyRosickyTomas Rosicky is arguably one of Arsenal’s best technicians.

But at 33, the Czech midfielder’s chances of first-team football have become limited in the past 12 months, resulting in him considering his future at the club, despite the summer transfer window closing just five days ago.

Rosicky signed a two-year extension in April but has yet to start a match so far this season, and with the veteran clearly behind many in the midfield pecking order these days, he may well find himself warming the bench more often than not in the upcoming months.

And knowing his chances have become limited, Rosicky recently admitted that he is already weighing up his options:

‘I’m naturally disappointed not to have been given a chance.

‘We will see what the situation looks like in the coming weeks and months [before deciding to leave].

‘The lack of match practice has been absolutely terrible and, naturally, it makes me very sorry that I haven’t been given a chance yet.

‘We’ve not been playing well and I think I could have helped, but I’ve not been given a chance.’

Unfortunately for Rosicky he finds himself in a very competitive midfield at Arsenal and opportunities in the first-team will be hard to come by.

Tomas has to accept that it will be very difficult for Arsene Wenger to select him ahead of the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez to name but a few, and at 33 will have to take a backseat for the time being.

It’s a shame because Rosicky is a hard worker and has great technical ability but he could well be heading for a January exit if things do not change for the better.

With his Pace and tacticability,he has to Starting against the top teams Mostly and also as a Substitute In Most Or All Of the games. It Is the Talent Not the Age that Matters So I Suggest that Mr Wenger Considers him Fully…
