Arsenal are interested in Fiorentina winger Juan Guillermo Cuadrado, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.com.
The versatile Colombian is believed to be on a number of Europe’s top clubs wanted list and the Italian publication claim his representative, Alessandro Lucci – also Mirko Vucinic’s agent, is already in discussions with the Gunners over a possible move.
However, Fiorentina and Udinese both own half of his rights, so a deal this month looks complicated and as suggest highly unlikely.
The 25-year-old, who can play anywhere along the left flank, recently spoke of his desire to remain at Florence club as he is happy at being played regularly leading up to the World Cup.
Taking this all into account, it seems any potential move for Cuadrado will take place in the summer transfer window, not this one.
Cuadrado has made 22 appearances (19 as a starter) in all competitions for Fiorentina so far this season, contributing five goals and six assists.
